Depending on the hero and the relationship between the characters. But most likely, yes, but in most games, this only has an impact at the very end of the game. It's a pity, I would have liked to experience a much longer development of the plot

Sometimes. most often I will just make a separate save to explore that option. doesnt matter most of the time because its usually the end of the game or there is no conclusion to the pregnancy storyline

Depends on the character. Love the inside option on any and all but don't always want them to become pregnant from choosing that option.

Pretty much everytime. I mean it almost never has an effect on the rest of the game so I don't put too much thought beyond the immediate action. I don't really have a thing for pregnant women, so I will usually skip it if that's a part of it
