I don't mind it at all in the games. Especially if they are created more feminine and not packing a outrageous dong. Never was into that type of game until I played the 3d version of Earn your Freedom. I have to say that to my surprise the story and the art tuned me on. Maybe it was the forcing of the the character into a femboy or maybe it was the art but it opened a new genre of games for me. But I do love the pussy in real life don't get me wrong. No thanks. For me it has about the same appeal as ugliness, a serious handicap or cancer. Once there is an attraction otherwise, I could imagine it not being in the way. But I am not sure why any man who isn't gay or bi would find this attractive.

If I see this in a tag, the first thing I check is whether it's optional or unavoidable and central. In the latter case, the game/VN isn't for me.

I've yet to enjoy a trap character. Actively turned off by it, although the effect is reduced if their content can be skipped. Same deal with sissification.
Futas on the other hand, I can find attractive, but only if there are no males involved (and generally I prefer futas fucking "normal" girls over futas fucking futas - but one particular path in Eruption Imminent was an exception).
