In my case I wonder why I am driven to this, to seeing these things, playing these games? Beyond the pleasure and taboo. I'm hunting something, there's some kind of perfect sexual moment I'm trying to find and I've prodded every fetish and perversion I can think of with digital stimulation and (within legal boundaries and my own preferences) real partners. Some things come close to getting there in both realms, and yet it feels like it will never subside. An unscratchable itch I am driven to still try and scratch

1. Just normal body types. Regular ol' buts, boobs and penis's would be a welcome change. The more grounded the story, the more I'd like to see grounded bodies.
2. A story with buildup, but not dragged out. Some stories have sex in the first five minutes while others take hours. Don't pad the runtime!
3. MC that aren't mentally handicapped. It's one thing to fight an urge or feel guilty for the choices, but come characters are just stunted in the head.
4. You don't have to cater to every kink.

When I started it was because regular porn had gotten kind of repetitive and hentai/doujin are fine but I wanted something between the two. I don't generally like the Japanese-style art/characters and western adult comics are less common.

So it was nice to have:
1. A story and character development
2. Good quality art/renders
3. Some more taboo topics that don't show up in regular porn
