only when the don't actually look like old granny's.
like the grandmas from
Altered Destiny (looks mature but not overly old or wrinkly).
I'm into milf, gilf is usually too old for me but there are exceptions in games (not irl though lol, games go easy on female aging)
Only if she isn't old. I mean, it theoretically is possible for girl to become a grandma by the age of 10.

It all depends on looks I could careless about age as long as she looks hot
Not fan of this genre, but sometimes it's not bad for variety. Look the MC's mother in A Dark Horse Riding. Not bad for +60.

I don't mind if she's in shape, but if she's flabbing and all wriggly that's a hard pass most of the time. It also depends on the media, 2d or 3d how good the artwork or rendering is. post work, etc...

Nope, I don't mind the game having them if they are optional, but if it is mandatory the game is an instaskip for me.

Absolutely, the nurse from WVM was fun.
Kinda depends on the story and looks of the granny in the game

This really is one of (very) few things I just can't understand how one can be into. I just can't but I so hope that that will change as I get older since I at some point will be of that age myself and it would really really suck if I couldn't find anyone of my same-ish age attractive anymore. Can't we just stop time instead please?
Not really. I can enjoy the taboo part of it, but most of the times the old geezers just don't look that good or attractive.
Not my favourite thing but sure sometimes yeah..
Depends there are lot's of older women that i would smash like Andi James or Nina Hartly

I would not ignore hot grannys but I prefer being the gramp.
Can't say that I am. Even if I can enjoy older women i games, my idea of just a granny is someone that is just too old. If the make the granny look young, sure why not. But then why bother making her a granny? I think it's a no from me.
It depends on what the character looks like. I like Insexual Awakening for example.
