Highly depends on the game, how much I like the characters design, how much text is there in between the interesting parts so I'd say I'm more your third option in the poll.
I dislike games that have a lot of text , but I understand now everyone can make a lot of renders to "show and not tell"

Depends, ive experienced games where ive put 20 hours into the story, but those sadly are few and far between. There are a few 3d games with great animations, but a really bad story, on those I may end up speeding. I do speed on untranslated ones from ryuugames though

To me, it depends on the type of game and if the game's story is good and immersive, if the game has some sex scenes but shit story then yeah I'm just gonna skip most of it

If it catches my attention I'll read all of it. Though as a pretty fast reader Id say Im somewhere in between.

depends on the game. if the story is interesting i will read it since that's mostly what i play VN and these RPGM games for. however. if it's dull but has really good art.

It honestly depends on the story and the graphics that were used. I prefer graphics similar to HS tutor or Waifu academy. Those are my go too. Don't know if it counts or not, but I am a fan of the Mist artwork and story as well. That one was worth the read through.

Depends on how fast it drives the plot. I have issues with No More Money. Too much conversations but the stories barely move.

It depends on the quality of the game, and it's length. I usually give every story a chance to captivate me, but after a certain point, I just throw the switch if it hasn't done so by now.
