You can also use a dns/VPN program to custom route on android if you need to. I use "personalDNSfilter" I can post a link to instructions are in the app under advanced > custom dns I think

On their site it says "we know about the dns problem and are trying to fix it." Or something like that.
Unfortunately, if it is an action taken by cloudflare they aren't likely to have many options. But at least you can get into the site if you're willing to do a little work.
It's unfortunate that many are going to think they were banned like you did or the site is broken. There's still activity going on though so I'm hopeful.
