Is hard to say, my first was XIII but most people agree that either VI or VII are the best starting points, or X (which has probably aged the best and has the lowest amount of jank at the start :3)

on this old version of LC no it didnt, the new one will have other group benefits, ill basically be merging all ranks into 1 and then making 2 new true donator ranks.
Steam has the whole series available to buy so you don't need to setup 5 different emulators to play then from the start, but you can star anywhere, that's the beauty of FF, there's turn based RPG's (the first ones, Original FFVII) mix of the two (FFXIII, FFXII) real time combat (FFXV, FFVII Remakes(s)) and straight up DMC Lite (FFXVI)

Yee this is a good way to get into FF (even if I have some problems with the pixel remasters :3), if anyone were to buy the pixel remaster bundle tho don't feel like you have to go through them in order, the first 3 are really bare bones compared to 4-6 (4 is where FF really gets going, even if I still like 1 and 3 <3) and 2 has a bunch of really interesting ideas but is not a very good game unfortunately :c

Wdym it isn't the best? They're the GREATEST, each of them had unique, memorable names
One of the nerdiest things I've done when bored was make a complete list of every FF game ever released, and my spreadsheet is at 149 games right now :3
The good thing about FF is that they are all games completely independent from each other. So you can start with whatever game seems appealing to you without the fear of missing context on something
