How close are we as humanity to make a game that runs like DnD where the use has the complete freedom of choice

Not very close but I have seen some interesting AI stuff. One company put out a tech demo of you as an investigator at a plant. You question people at the scene. AI generates responses as you ask literally whatever you want to the people there, nonsense included. You walk around in 3d questioning folks. Next, I saw a vid of a 3D game generating mission objectives and levels in real time. Was some SWAT-team sort of game. As the SWAT guy walked forward the surroundings changed to reflect the objective. A city street morphing into a sewer for example. Bear in mind both were jank as all hell but it was interesting stuff.

Grandma kinda dropped since I hate how some characters just disappeared for no reason like the one Asian girl at the start.
My Dorm is good but getting to bloated with LIs and not enough sex for each of them also hated earlier parts being fucking girls in the dark.

I love Final Fantasy! Have played the first 7, 10 and 13 and a couple of the spin-offs (FF Legend - the first SaGa game, the rhythm games and some of the puzzle and Chocobo games :3) Am a big fan <3 Is a goal of mine to complete all FF games one day :3

No. 4 is a sequel to another game called Christmas Eve, the same dev Jonesy also has another in progress game called Siren Song which is pretty good too if you like the style of NYD and CE.



Yeah, I think the slime girl was a once off but you never know with classy, he'll probably throw another in there just to spite what you said about it being a once off.



Grandma's I'm guessing you're talking about Aiko? She was one of my favourites at the start too, it has the same problem that you mentioned with MD, too bloated with Li's.



As for MD I know what you mean, trope's definitely gotten a lot better with lighting with each update though, I have a feeling that he'll probably go back at some point to fix it but that'll probably be way down the line as he has a lot of new content to cover.

I wish we get something like this haha
