So part of me doesn't believe this

Funnily, it was my first time seeing one in person. But they stuck their hand out at me for a handshake. And they grabbed me in a death grip. And stuck out a hand for money. I told him "no". So he pulled out a very real knife and waved it in my face. So I stuck my hand in my pocket and pulled out a fist full of coins and flung them in his face like pocket sand. It stunned him enough for me to slip out of his hand and run to a McDonald's. Worst part was, he never once broke character.

Plus I can't trust mimes anymore. When I went to Prague (this is a true story btw) one mugged me on new years day. Pulled an honest to god knife on me. I sound like a crazy lunatic talking about it right now but it actually happened.

I believe this because nothing shocks me. I have a friend that took his wife to a fancy restaurant . Upon arrival he gave his keys to the valet and went in to have dinner. After dinner he went out and discovered that they did not have valet parking. It took my friend about 4 years before he started to understand why everybody else thought it was funny.
