I take 54mg of Concerta and honestly I can't imagine being productive without it.

That dose would feel like an aspirin to me. I take 60mg Vyvanse and 30 mg Adderall daily. I know it's not a common dose, but it is what my doc and me finally settled on, after like almost a year.

So he pulled out a very real knife and waved it in my face. So I stuck my hand in my pocket and pulled out a fist full of coins and flung them in his face like pocket sand. It stunned him enough for me to slip out of his hand and run to a McDonald's. Worst part was, he never once broke character.

I believe this because nothing shocks me. I have a friend that took his wife to a fancy restaurant . Upon arrival he gave his keys to the valet and went in to have dinner. After dinner he went out and discovered that they did not have valet parking. It took my friend about 4 years before he started to understand why everybody else thought it was funny.
