I've already been adopted. Plus I can't trust mimes anymore. When I went to Prague (this is a true story btw) one mugged me on new years day. Pulled an honest to god knife on me. I sound like a crazy lunatic talking about it right now but it actually happened.

Funnily, it was my first time seeing one in person. But they stuck their hand out at me for a handshake. And they grabbed me in a death grip. And stuck out a hand for money. I told him "no". So he pulled out a very real knife and waved it in my face. So I stuck my hand in my pocket and pulled out a fist full of coins and flung them in his face like pocket sand. It stunned him enough for me to slip out of his hand and run to a McDonald's. Worst part was, he never once broke character.

I could see it being a horrifying experience, but as you tell it now, I just can't stop laughing.
