recently examples that i remember: D&D after licencing scandal, target stores rainbow collection and bud beer from USA

Sonic movie is honestly the biggest best example of it. The uproar about how Sonic looked (Rightfully so) caused the movie to be delayed while they reanimated Sonic.

D&D, Target and Bud Light definetely occured outside my bubble. They did not make waves on my side of the Pond. I will look into it, thanks for the food for thought guys.

The Sonic movie delay/improvement I completely forgot, instead.

[fullreview]

I honestly only watched thr movie because they spent the money to make it better, and it was a really fun movie.

You are late Slums already gone

Thats very true, and John deere being forced to allow people to fix their own equipment is so stupid.

Its why indie movies and games are so popular now.

yes indie games are becoming a hit e.g: HellDrivers 2, Baldur Gate 3, Black Wukong, Palworld etc

Hello Everyone

You should have watched The Big Lebowski instead. I can bet you never heard of that movie. If I'm wrong, I'll have sex with Scarlett Johansson

Is it safe to come out ? All the Ghoulish fuckos have departed ?

Okay, I don't have a clue what you guys are talking about with Sonic. I am aware of the character from comics and cartoons. What was the uproar with the movie?

Someone posted above the difference in animation. They tried to make Sonice a more realistic style hedgehog instead of looking like the video game Sonic.

Ready to fuck you up in Catan !! We don't have Shawn and his dice tower

Heya Bonk! Glad to see ya!

Hey Cray, good to see you as well. Just remember that all Anti-Bonky propaganda
such as bullying, anger issues etc. going around is strictly rumors. I can assure you

Well nobody expected HellDrivers 2 to become a hit like it was same for Horizon Zero Dawn when it was released. I don't remember hasbro video games before Baldurs Gate 3.

Absolute cow manure, you are the cause of 90% of the violence here. The other 1% is @mime going after double posters and people who say the page number

yeah people saying shit like, "wow, we're in page 2575, that's crazy for a thread of anti socials" is a big no no for @mime

Thanks. I saw the two images, but didn't have context. It was because they didn't like the realism. Gotcha.

I mean hasbro owns D&D which is what Larian games used the license for, but Balders Gate and Neverwinter have been in games for twenty years

Yes Sony got lucky with a new ip, but it's still Sony a very big publisher.

Who wants to make a bet that @Evil Surgeon or someone who says page 2575 gets hammered by him. Will it be @whydoineedto or me?

really REALLY easy to boycott something that tastes like horse piss - But boycotts against good things always fail.

Ok, as a craft beer/ale enthusiast I immediately checked what happened with Bud Light.

So your typical customer is a conservative male with a macho attitude* and to promote your product you choose a young trans woman? I can't believe that even a marketing manager could be THAT dumb...

* the irony that drinking can upon can of dirty water is considered "muy macho" isn't lost on me.

I mean hasbro owns D&D

but hasbro owns about every board game ever made

[azbest2k]

but hasbro owns about every board game ever made

hasbro owns MtG also :< they are ruining that game by milking profits from it waaaaay too much and too often

MtG was ruined long before Hasbro, but they surr hastened it.
