I've called him out on it several times in several different threads.

Just recently he threatened to ban someone because their very first post was a 1 word "nice"

how are people going to join and want to be part of the community if the first person that directly interacts with them is threatening them with a ban?

I also feel that the rules aren't being enforced properly, but I don't really care. I can give an example: I got a permanent ban from @Dark Games' thread just for defending myself after he accused me of something...@highlrecommend was constantly trolling the thread and got a temporary thread ban; she kept doing it, yet nothing happened. So, I don't know,in my eyes, that’s unfair.

So, they don't necessarily remove the games they’ve marked as banned. For you, that means you could get banned at any time for that content.
