I also feel that the rules aren't being enforced properly, but I don't really care. I can give an example: I got a permanent ban from @Dark Games' thread just for defending myself after he accused me of something...@highlrecommend was constantly trolling the thread and got a temporary thread ban; she kept doing it, yet nothing happened. So, I don't know,in my eyes, that’s unfair.

It’s actually pretty funny: they’ve had "Color Jelly" translation threads open in the past and know these games are banned, yet they only remove them if a user explicitly reports them. So, they don't necessarily remove the games they’ve marked as banned. For you, that means you could get banned at any time for that content.
