Welcome! Just got here myself not too long ago. For music, Angine de Poitrine is definitely the most original thing I've heard in a long time. Zappa meets Primus meets White Stripes meets... idk what, but I can't stop listening.

Zip tie nightmare out there lol. But yeah, the musicianship is impressive, very smart what they're doing as well as difficult to pull off live. And the vibe is just fun! For me, the key is the punk/rock/funk simplicity. Just hang on a chord or two and then get weird with it, but it's still accessible to most people.

I appreciate the musicianship definitely. Its technically difficult, but somehow still grooving as you say yeah!. Would love to see it live.

It's just freedom for the artist. Personal freedom, artistic freedom. Maybe they want to do other projects without getting compared, etc

I get what you're saying. But I think I would actually disagree.
Thinking about the stress of sleep token for example, having that amount of eyes on you, and spending that much energy to hide something as simple as an identity.

Freedom to create whatever you want, but a prison to live freely :/

I can see that if you're going for complete privacy. But just as a character to slightly deflect, I mean. One degree of separation from real you.

It really doesn't take long, I've found. Obviously don't spam, but you'd be surprised how fast you can rack them up!

I get along with quite a few people here. and the pfp is they, JunpieDaMan, want me to put an eggman mustache on my eggheaded man. Im mainly teasing them cause ill probably do that but shhh dont tell em. I wish i had a big back yard. Id enjoy that

Not only do I want you to, bbut I dare you to put an egg mustache on the pfp. I eman, if it suits the theme then I would tell you egsacty how much of a run that would be. h (yes, I like my depraved sad humor hehe)

having a big backyard has certainly helped, but it does need maintaining, especially when we have horrible grass. Couch and I think some is called cane grass. Its hard to pull out, so I usually cut it with hedge trimmer and put weed killer on the borders so it controls it better, and in the wet hot summer it can be hard to do things outside with heat and humid, so, I manage to do the limit amount to keep the grounds under control.

I would suggest our summer in this region is probably mot so different to that from Florida. This can give you an idea. Further north its too hot and too humid for me to even imagine I can survive. Me and extreme heat just dont match up. I feel cold in winter and hot in summer. lol. Plus my hands and feet become like fire and its horrible at times but to be honest, I never going to complain as its worth the effort to live away from the madness in the city.
