If you could pick any game from before 2020 to get a full remake what game would you pick?

They're a ton of fun. They're available to play if you have the nintendo online subsciption I think. Alternatively you could grab your nearest eyepatch and peg leg and just emulate it.:ROFLMAO:
I would never ever do that. Thats stealing....
Pumpkin Patch Halloween GIF by Pirate's Parley

Remaking all of the previous Zelda games to TotK quality would make my day.
Those would be good i can agree. I think a lot of older games made to run on the newest hardware would be amazing and show that they still have potential to unlock

I'm cheating a little, but I'd say Mass Effect trilogy.

(At the time of the third game, it caused quite a stir that gay sex was possible.)
I'd love this but to be honest I'd want major fixes to the story as well for 2 and 3.

Ill have to look into these. Im not sure ive heard of them.

that is also fair
They're old Sega Genesis games, you can usually find them and an emulator online. The third game was on Saturn, I think, which meant I never played it.

I like concepts like the original Deus Ex reimagined in the style of Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

Or Far Cry 2 rebuilt with the tone and mechanics of Far Cry 3, or even a version of Far Cry 3 set in Africa.

And demakes like Pokémon generations 3–9 reimagined in Game Boy Color graphics, or full-generation demakes in general. Likewise, Pokémon generations 1–4 reimagined with generation 5-style visuals.

all solid choices. I think all the original far cry games on the newer hardware and mechanics would be fire

I would say Blitz the League or Drakengard.

That's a tough question... Maybe Half Life. The game was great back then. Though I'm not sure if I'd play it again even if it they did remake it
Have you not heard of Black Mesa? lol. That's probably the best remake we're ever going to get.

The original Half Life still holds up tho.

Conkers bad fur day, if only to see the shit storm that would arise if it was actually released in today's day & age.

Or battlefield 1942 looks like it would be amazing instead of the coddlefield crap they release now.

Battlefield 1942 would be stellar on all the newer physics engines. I also think bad company 1 and 2 would be amazing to remake.

One of good battlefields that was limited by technology not imagination could be great (if they Actually did the game and didn't change everything and shovel micro transactions into it),

One could hope. Im fine with a couple microtransactions if they sell the game for like $40 max but if its full priced hell nah. that game doesnt need them.

Whats this one about?
It's a playstation 1 game that was 4 disc. General summary is that you play as an average guy that gets caught up in an ancient war and get the power of dragons.
