It's been a little while since I've played so I don't know if they're outdated or not but the 2 mods that I used (besides cosmetic stuff) was

Unfortunately I can't seem to find the Scott the Woz M-Preg Milking Machine mod anymore, which as you can probably imagine is quintessential to any and all playthroughs.
