Based on the TV show Mr House does indeed win the end as well.
I don't really count the series as canon right know, but in New Vegas you're pretty much Mr. House's right hand man and get tons o benefits (Unique suite, securitrons protection, House's favor, possible extended longevity in one of the dialogues) and I kinda agree with him in some places, he makes sense.
