It is a file that maps an ip to hostname to resolve it. Go to this location and add those lines to the highlighted file. Do it in notepad as administrator.

Can confirm it works. " C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc " was the location. Next, this is important, Notepad++ (my text editor) said "this file can't be saved and may be protected. Do you want to launch Notepad++ in Administrator mode.". I say Yes and save the 2 ip above. I can now connect.

I've already got it working.
I couldn't save it regardless of Admin privileges with Notepad or ++ so I ended up saving to documents, removing the file extension and replacing the file at that location. This wouldn't let me connect, but after a restart it worked. My replacement method probably didn't kick in until the restart.
