Yeah, sometimes the kinks only work if there is a story involved, but sometimes I just want to see a nice picture and not have to think too much about it.

No story gets it done quickly, but yeah a story really makes the porn shine. Most real media tends to have kinda back story, but i find 2d media to have really interesting stories happening in the background. Does anyone have any good suggestions?

It depends on the game and what kind of mood I am in. Generally, I would like the main characters at least to have more story before things go down. Side characters can have story or not.

When I first started watching porn it was all about the porn, now and for the last 15 years its about the story.
If a game or VN don't have at least a good story then I will not finish it.

As long as it's interactive I can be flexible. CG galleries are boring but decent extras. Sometimes I just want to get right to it, other times I can get invested, but other times I catch myself going "I don't care what happens to these characters" and never going back. Sometimes the story can be a text crawl at the start and then it's off to the races I go.

So yeah, start with a bit of story, maybe even some choices before the porn starts. Afterwards it depends on the type of game.

To be honest, I noticed I watch porn mostly up to the moment the romp starts. I like the build-up. Once the jackhammer drill starts, it becomes boring. But on the other hand, in AVN I don't like delaying the sex scene without a good reason - I understand the 'gradual corruption' or 'trainer' kink, but if both characters are experienced adults, I don't see the reason why the first scene should be HJ only, then HJ+BJ, then Vag, then anal. I want to go all the way at least with some characters.

I can just watch at random pictures and it will be just fine, but having a nice story behind high quality material takes everything to another level.
