Idk how much is true but I've once heard/read that English is written the way it is because of some noble from England who decided to write a dictionary and he wanted to be all fancy anc changed the spelling of the words and than became the common used spelling.

That sounds a lot like the life goal of a bored Victorian era British noble, yes. Although I suppose that's also a good point. Someone did have to write the first dictionary. Unfortunately now the world will suffer eternal because they thought shit like weave- weaving cloth and weave-to move erratically was the best way to do things

Stuff like that happens, same word different meaning, maybe with a different accent. But it's words like queue that annoy me the most. Maybe he was envious of the French and their way of spelling.

I'm also both easily distracted and harbor a personal hatred for both numbers and lists so I may have not made that claim with any type of actual evidence. It was closer to a lie than reasoned claim

Damn that must be annoying. I'm not from the USA tho so I am at most familiar with some of the dialect? used by rappers. Otherwise my English is a mix and match of UK and USA from content creators, songs, games and books.

It's less annoying and more andopportunity for humor. I once spoke with a girl from so deep in Mississippi she sounded Canadian. It was pretty funny. No offense to Canadians or their sweet sweet maple syrup.

I wouldn't say that it is "easy" to do. If you can't make up a topic on a spot and/or lack charisma, you'll find it an incredibly difficult thing to achieve

I can agree that creating interesting posts, something that encourages engagement, takes practice. Luckily there's still the option of posting borderline Insanity and hoping someone in your audience can convince themselves it's safe to reply. Unfortunately I haven't been up long Enough for the mania to set in
