Yeah it suck because of the points but there's some unique benefits and the dialogue makes it worth it

Whenever I get to choose how to distribute points in games, I usually go for charisma first. I like having more and better dialogue options. It brings me to life when the game becomes more immersive.

I ALLWAYS drain charisma in NV, Barter is kinda useless and speech fells a little boring for me and the perks aren't that good, but I get the appeal
