I wonder if they have any even valuable assets that they could sell off since I doubt they have any real value as a game studio.
The Idea of the game was cool, Eve online in fantasy setting, at least what i was able to understand.

I mean the solution would be just get all the crowdfunding money put it in a blackjack hand double or nothing....that is probably the same probability of making a good game anyway maybe even less.
He was offered a big money by some investor, for his IP. But he refused, and continued spiraling down the pipe.

Hmm, wonder if I ever got a code for Torment or Wings... I guess based on the list, it wasn't too bad. Mandate got cancelled and Star Shitizen (more specifically SQ42) is probably never going to see the light of day. Divinity, Wasteland and Beautiful Isolation were good ones, SToneheart was fun even though I dont think it ever got to the end, And Ofcourse Blood Machines is great stuff.
What I learned from SC was to never go in 'bigly'.

I think for me I'd rather games didn't have difficulty options because most games that have them it just means hard = double damage taken, half damage dealt, and more linear scaling differences that don't add to the enjoyment of the game, whereas a game like Dark Souls is able to be perfectly balanced around the single difficulty and gives you the intended experience without having to account for each enemy to be scaled to different difficulties
Just my opinion tho I can understand people might feel differently :3

I agree to an extent :3 I think people go in thinking they are supposed to be 'hard' games like Kaizo Mario or other rage games and then experience the game through the lens of 'this is hard' where I don't think FromSoftware even considered them difficult while making them, they just wanted to create an atmosphere and story which requires the player to be as strong as any other enemy in the game :3
