I have an exam in like 7 hours and I'm sitting here trying to figure out how some of you got your glow to transfer to your postbit slider instead of studying, please someone put me out of my misery already and tell me.

I found out what it was...... There's an option called Text shadow: If your postbit background is busy, it's recommended to enable this so text is more legible. If this option is checked the text in your postbit stays as the normal white, with it unchecked it uses your text-shadow in css

Yep I usually keep that off as my post-bit looked weird with the shadow glow effect on writing.

The more general rules apply to names as well and would get some removed. Report the user if you see a user with a name or profile that's an issue.

A zero tolerance rule then, understood. Heard, that F95 site cracked down and started to rename such usersnames, instead of deleting their profiles. I wonder why.

Can clue as how to customize the color and intensity of animated username?
I use the basic "Animated" option with hsl(235, 15%, 13%) and it only gives a shadow under my username (which is fine) but I don't like that the glow becomes so intense midway through that the name becomes unreadable. Would also like to add color for the glow if possible.

not sure what youre trying to do exactly? if you want the glow to be less pronounced in the middle but still be animated, i am not sure how to pull that off yet, besides using a different color than the original text which would make it look better

I'm fine with color text and glowing post-bits though.

I agree with this and we talked it over, we just dont want to limit peoples creative expression, so we decided to just make it where when you ignore a users style everything will be ignored and it will look like a normal plain post. so the post bit background will be ignored too
