Here in the US they have no problem putting people in jail even for fairly minor things. Arson is definitely a "needs to be in jail" thing.

i think i first joined back in 3 years ago. I can't remember, but those days I was Inyo. I think I maybe remember your pfp image? Not sure, but I did leave for a while when there was drama about the art ect. Then I decided rejoin and became this immortal vampire creature. Kinda suits my grumpy moods, so I guess the cute little Inyo died and now haunts LC as a menacing and frightning creatre hungry for blood as usual.
