These requirements are there for a reason Oddly enough, and are the Barest of the bare to be honest. Some forums have much more requirements like 6 months time and up to 500 post, and even a high reaction count.. I actually don't know off hand what 95 requirements are for mod's

Generally speaking, you shouldn't mess with the mods, that’s advice I’d give for any forum; it never ends well if you criticize them for their behavior.

Nah, that doesn't work either; the mods don't play favorites. I was friends with a staff member once, but that didn't make a difference. One thing is for sure, though: the mods there like to go on power trips.


Thats true, if a mod dont like you, then it can easily happen that he deletes your posts, bans you, or does whatever he wants to you... that’s why you shouldn’t mess with the mods there or criticize them, they absolutely hate that.

Well, being a mod is a tough gig, you have to admit that; I used to run a gaming community with a lot of users, and there are some who really put your patience to the test.

But what bothers me is the issue of respect... I feel that even a mod can speak to you respectfully and doesn't have to write things like

For instance, when I read what Ryan wrote:

"If you think the site is going to go under just because you leave, then that should have happened ages ago; the site isn't dead, so piss off..."

I think it's perfectly possible to treat each other with respect.

Yup, I do the dailies on my own will. But I have fun with them as well, it tells me what to make and I don't have to use my brain.

Yeah i'm not yet really sure....I'm one of those who like ultra realistic, semi-photorealistic, artistic photoreal and comic artistic semi photoreal (with caucasion eyes).

Every style can be very erotic. Best outcomes are if you pay attention to the light (which many underestimate), perspective and the love of detail.

A 3 sentence prompt wouldn't really do it for me, although it could be decent too.
