Rhetorically asking, what if a user would name himself "Hitler" on LC, what would a admin/mod do about it?
I read in the banned user list, that some people got banned for other offensive names. Just found something probably "funny".

The more general rules apply to names as well and would get some removed. Report the user if you see a user with a name or profile that's an issue.

There is no $10 button on that page anymore....

Actually I stand corrected... just press "Clear" and it defaults to $10 instead of $100
