Right, I'll be back on in a week. Later, don't burn the place down while I'm gone

No promises but I'll do my best to not catch anything on fire.

We telling cat stories? Okay, I don't have a great cat story but I do have a good cat scissor statement.

I'm at a friend's house. I've gotten up from my seat (picture a dinner table seat, not a sofa or something, this is important) for some reason and come back to it. I find that one of the house cats has jumped into my seat. Several of the cat lovers present start cooing about, "Oh she goes where she wants! She's got your seat."

I wordlessly grab the back of the chair and start leeeeaning it forward, tipping it at an ever increasing angle until the cat, looking at me with resentment, jumps to the floor and runs off. I sit back down. Am I:

1. Psychotic cat-hating monster, you got to be gentle with them man, just be patient.

2. Totally reasonable, if a cat is in your way nudge the cat the side gently but make it clear humans are fifteen times heavier than cats are, they move out of our way that's how the world works.

Well fuck it looks like most of the og regulars have left. The place doesn't seem the same without them

I don't think it will ever be the same again, personally I think that all the constant changes that have happened have pissed most of us off.

Pretty reasonable to me. I like pets but ain't about to pretend they're on the same level as humans.

I'm kinda assuming the cat-lovers were joking around- or did they actually get mad at you for taking your seat back?

[conzibald]

Nah I think burning the place down could be fun

Nah, they weren't really angry or anything, but I also know they would not have done the same thing in my place.

Very young kittens - like about 4 weeks - can cause pain, especially when there are a few. They want to be up at your level - and their solution is to climb your legs like the climb trees - with claws out completely. They don't care if you're wearing shorts. 3 or 4 doing this at once hurts.

Yeah, but please try not to reply to too old posts.
A month seems like a good amount.

But please do try and watch the double posts.
There's usual enough traffic in this thread, for it not to happen, else over 30 mins, for a between posts, is a good amount to wait.

Good rules of thumb. I'm not a frequent forum poster, so I'm still getting accustomed to things.

Appreciate the input.

Honestly there isn't one -- Just make sure we can tell what it was by using the quote -- Some old posts are fun to resurrect

Noted. Still a noob around here, but I'm getting the hang of the multi quotes and such.

JFC All the way back to page 4..

You're not that guy that started stalking me on Xbox, are you?

Unfortunately not. Haven't been on my Xbox for a few weeks. Been diving back into Days Gone remastered on the 5.

Sorry people, been going ham on the new PS5
It's great, time flies. How are things around here going?

Gotta agree with this -- sometimes pets need to be put in their place - I have two dogs who both weigh 125 pounds - One gets out of my way when I walk toward where it is laying (good doggie) the other always refuses to move (bad doggie ) The only difference is that I actually stepped on the one that moves when it was a puppy once.

It's like training a kid about hot stoves and electricity .

There's a suspicious absence of creepy AI generated pictures, though I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing.

Otherwise, same as usual.

Hmm, who knows. Lol
I haven't been here much the last week or so. Actually nice to get some me time.

Well I think it will recover -- With the absence of the loving controlled guiding hands of the OG members there is a war going on for the future of Lewd Corner happening out of sight.

Is it bad that Pigs fighting goblins is one of the less weird things I've seen you posting?

I was honestly alright with the pig girls, but then they became too much pig and not enough girl.

Gods I miss Farscape. Sci-Fi used to put out some bangers.

There is a war going on for the future of Lewd Corner -- It can't always be tasty bacon all the time. The old vs new is taking up bandwidth. I worry that some of our old stalwart members like @conzibald could be replaced with new, less cuddly versions
