The amount of puritanical people disturbs me.
How many times is there going to be someone saying, "sex scenes don't belong in mainstream movies, it's too much!!!" with 150K likes?
Sadly most of the agreement seems to be young people with too much internet in their life

i have two cats one was a dick as a kitten it would run up and bite my ankles and then run away and the one in the photo which is baby she was a stray that kept following me so she's in my home now because with cats and there personality you dont take them home, instead they decide that they want in your home

yeah baby had three kittens right after i adopted her,
floppy(would always ragdoll after any movement)
moppy(was the last one to really learn to walk so it kept scooting on the floor like a mop),
and topsy(kept climbing out of the kennel at night, somehow better at climbing then walking)

my strays so far have been pretty chill, aside from one hyperactive male (he used to keep climbing and scratching the electrical poles and would zoom into my house the split second i open my front door) but not sure where he's gone now. still pops up once in a while, but mostly gone. the others (mostly female) usually just waltz in, rub against my car, then waltz out again. can never take them in since my parents ban pets so i just feed them and give them pets, scritches and belly rubs. and they rub against me so that's a win.

the regular customer kitty had a litter of 3, but i think only one remained, or they just went somewhere else on their own. can't really monitor her 24/7 so no idea.

First of all, hey guys. Just saw this thread and it's really nice to have a corner for lurkers like me. I come from the F site but pretty much all I do there is write reviews, and every time I talk in a thread there I end up stirring some shit. So yeah, I guess it'll take a while for me to access Games+ ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

And there is a very small percentage of humans who would be able to say they have not consumed some ethically questionable fictional content as there is plenty of it that is mainstream

This is a pet peeve of mine. Porn is inherently "degenerate" if you think about it. Even if the only website you know is Pornhub, you don't go around advertising what tags you fap to. Pretty much every category of porn is "unethical" to some degree. Teen and incest are mega mainstream. Infidelity is also very common and super popular. Even lesbian and gangbang porn could technically count as unethical depending on who you ask. Hell, I was around when you could still search "sleeping" on a mainstream website and get countless results, even though it's technically non-con. And don't even get me started on erotica, particularly female-oriented smut. Anyway, here's a graph that some might find informative:

My point is, there's a lot of weird stuff out there, but only a few select undesirables are weeded out for the sake of virtue signaling. I also don't see these activist groups going after giants like Pornhub or all the really illegal stuff you can find without even having to enter the "deep web."
But it's like I always say: People will celebrate when something they don't like gets censored, but tomorrow could be their turn. Even the most innocuous stuff you consume could get hit with a ban because we gave payment processors too much power.

ugh i lack the proper cat anatomy knowledge to know that, but that's kind of you to adopt her. where i live, it's fairly common to leave pets in the streets if their owner died if no one is to take care of them. some people will just recapture them to sell afterwards (pretty, well taken care of pets = more moolah)

not just animals honestly, thievery of any kind is very common. wires, metal from infrastructures, even lightbulbs and door handles aren't safe around here

After her owner died, the family has the funeral, took a bunch of valuables from the house, shut the door and left town.
My dad (her neighbor) was fixing up the house and found the cat after a week.
There's no value in regular cats in the US, though.

oof... honestly i'm not even surprised about her family. we had the same experience once with my grandaunt's death. her estranged "children" (they cut ties with her after her husband's (their father's) death)) who have not supported her in any way demanded that my dad give them the keys to her villa in a touristy city 2 hrs away, just a day after her cremation. they contributed nothing to the funeral and just sat there in the funeral hall for 3 days pretending to be devastated and shit. she has no will (even though my dad had insisted she write one when she was in the hospital) so we were in a limbo with her belongings (bank accounts and other stuff). but since we hold the keys, we are the "technical" owners of it even tho we have no idea where the papers were kept.

and yes. my friend group has a running joke abt robbing banks since one of us knows hacking shit and is teaching us a few things but nothing concrete. for now... unless...
