Question for the masses -- I honestly do not know -- I was gifted a dozen turkey eggs -- question is -- if I normally make a 3 or 4 eggs omelet - how many turkey eggs does one use for the same result ? And any other ideas for them? I have never even tasted a turkey egg.

The breeding of the chickens that lay eggs faster and bigger is what made the brown go away.
All the farm raised eggs around here are mixed browns and whites.
All the store-bought are white.
I'm not sure about Germany, but the store eggs are not as good as the farm eggs. Half the price, though.
