I think it looks great, and about the left hand you have to take a really good look to have a feeling that something is slightly off. But even then it's nothing major, and it looks perfectly normal in comparison to the Cronenberg monsters AI usually makes.

This is very kind of you to say! I am a perfectionist and I'm trying to build a model/character (plural eventually) that I can reuse or repurpose for many scenarios and keep their likeness on all the renders. I'm still a newb, so it's taking awhile to figure it out.
