Question was out of curiosity, not malice.
When we do anything above 20 minutes of cardio, usually there's little energy left to do the weight lifting afterwards.
Sorry for not expressing ourself correctly.

Nearly 100 pounds in a year is not impressive, that only works out to 2 pounds about a week. People can loose that just by changing their eating habits. Personally I could never lose 100 pounds in a year, because my maximum weight used to be 215 pounds, with a 48 inch chest, 34 inch waist, 16 inch calves, neck and biceps and 24 inch thighs. Not impressive measurements, but I have never taken ped's. I am currently 194 pounds, with a 46 inch chest, 32 inch waist, 16 inch calves and neck, 14 inch biceps and 22 inch thighs and in my late 50's.
