I lost nearly 100 pounds in a calendar year with my workouts. Please don't be a prick.

Question was out of curiosity, not malice.
When we do anything above 20 minutes of cardio, usually there's little energy left to do the weight lifting afterwards.
Sorry for not expressing ourself correctly.

Nearly 100 pounds in a year is not impressive, that only works out to 2 pounds about a week. People can loose that just by changing their eating habits. Personally I could never lose 100 pounds in a year, because my maximum weight used to be 215 pounds, with a 48 inch chest, 34 inch waist, 16 inch calves, neck and biceps and 24 inch thighs. Not impressive measurements, but I have never taken ped's. I am currently 194 pounds, with a 46 inch chest, 32 inch waist, 16 inch calves and neck, 14 inch biceps and 22 inch thighs and in my late 50's.

You're right you don't sound impressive

That's literally a good benchmark to have, though. 10 pounds per month is already great, so 8 a month is pretty good.
Not to mention that keeping up with weight loss for a year is impressive in and of itself, no need to put each other down, uplift this person for bettering themselves and their health.

Have you got any tips on how I can gain a 100 pounds of bodyfat? So I can waste a year trying to lose it...

Not a stitch on her — not even a gown.
With a grin ear to ear,
She showed not a fear,
Her saddle made happy, so it was known...

How long are your months? If a month is 4 weeks, that means a loss of 7.69 pounds a month, which is average for weight loss.

Just think how much more exercise you could have done if you didn't spend 14 hours on here. Maybe you could have actually lost that 100 pounds instead only nearly losing it.

You literally said 2 per week. 2 times 4 equals 8

"10 pounds per month is already great" So where did you get 10 pounds per month from?

Used 10 pounds per month as a point of reference to compare to the 8 he pulled. Literally in the same sentence
