My first connection was dialup with a 4800 baud modem in the 80s . The speed was now sufficient to make file transfers feasible (I have memories of waiting more than one hour to download a single image file at 4800 baud).

Dial-up was so good.
Waiting a couple of hours just to download a mp3 file that turned out to be corrupted, leaving your pc on all night to download a movie that probably won't be what you actually want, having your download get cut off at random times during the day because aunt jenny decided to call to check up on the family...

Migraine and headache are not the same thing. The symptom of a migraine is a headache, but a headache does not mean that it is a migraine.
It is important to diagnose the cause of the headache - the most common are stress, sleeplessness, bad water balance or a hangover.
My nephew supposedly had a migraine (symptoms similar) and it turned out that he wasn't drinking enough water. He started hydrating properly and the migraine passed.
Going to the doctor with a headache (especially for a man) seems like overkill but if you have them often it's worth it.

I had the same problem, but with high speed internet, the cable under the sea was broken, so the internet speed down from 100mb/s to 40kb/s
