I've just posted the next day's theme!

I think this one will be more fun for the AI artists than the gif users. Though our meme people will have some fun with it!

While the right-side-up pineapple stands for hospitality and welcome, when flipped on its head, it has been said to be a subtle nod to a lifestyle not commonly spoken about in the open: swinging. The swinger lifestyle is practiced by couples who, consensually, engage in recreational sexual activities with other couples or individuals. Now after saying that in my many many years of wandering about I have only seen an upside down pineapple displayed 5 times in my life. Once in a restaurant, twice in a campground, once on a car decal and one time on the door of a hotel room. I don't take cruises but I have heard that they became so common on Cruise ships that some of the Cruise Lines have banned them.

Legitimately the correct answer if data destruction is your goal.

If it's going in for a reinstall they are likely going to wipe it anyway. Delete browsing history and remove any files you don't want them to be able to see. You could ask them if they are going to wipe because you want to back up your files. There are other people here who are far wiser than I in this regard.

The C drive is less than 3 years old and the D is a SSD that is holding strong so destroying perfectly good hardware seems a waste.

Gonna remove all appdata as best as possible and scrub the hard drives as best as possible to get it into the shop.

Guy does solid work I just know with my whole tower in his possession for 3-4 days might be tempting.

Just so you know -- when ever I have worked on someone else's computer the very first thing I do is a search for pics and vids - Over the years I have found MANY questionable things, especially on people's who couldn't get their computer to boot. Images / vids of wives , girlfriends and other questionable material was not unusual.

I never mentioned what I had found - but I sure copied a lot of it.

Can we talk about one of the best albums of all time? Alice in Chains - Jar of Flies -- I've listened to this album countless time since it's release in 1994. Granted it's only 7 songs and just over 30 minutes, but it's pure perfection IMHO.

A funny story about Alice in Chains...I've always loved Layne Staley's voice, in my top 3 favorite singers of all time. But my best friends mom HATED his voice so much that she banned us from listening to them around her. Not because of the lyrics or anything like that, just his voice irritated her that much and here I cannot get enough. In 2019 I went to see Alice in Chains live with their current singer (sadly Layne passed in 2002), it was a good concert, but his voice just isn't to the level that Layne was.

Any other Alice in Chains fans in here?

Not sure I've ever heard that, but it is one of the ways it's recommended to help ripen a store bought pineapple at home - I know this because I bought one the other day ($0.77!) and couldn't find one full of yellow diamonds to save my life. Thus, it's presently in a clearish bag, hanging upside down from a hook on the utility room door.

I'm sure it would swing if I hit it as I passed by.
