As Slum said above “Solo Leveling” anime but also wanted to add damn what a great season. Hope everyone else watching enjoyed as much as me and finds a new reason to look forward to Saturday mornings again haha

Edit: actually...I made the mistake of starting a second small batch with a Anime focused model, this was with a Fury focused...and...well...you'll see shortly. I have jsut enough time before I have to go to work to wait and post, the preview on the first image, very similar to #3 blonde above, is <3

I detail my setup in an answer in my Aloy thread you can get to in my sig. But the short answer is I'm running Forge gUI (available on GitHub), and then I download a few different models from Civitai, a couple realism ones, anime one, fury one, fantasy one, and hentai one - just to start me off. I typically only use one at a time, though you can blend 2 easily in Forge. 8GB GPU recommened. but My 3070ti 8GB kicks them out. each one of these with hi-res scale up is less than a minute.

You can easily get up and running in under 20 minutes work with the above setup.

Edit adding images I mentioned last post so as to not spam. This model (hardcoreHentai_Pony112 is way better for this.

You have any good advice? Everyone has their own little tricks to drop weight or to make it easier to keep the routine. Curious what may work for you.
Seriously, it all comes down to... calories in and calories out. If you take in more than you burn through the day you will gain weight... If you work towards a calorie deficit, you will lose fat.
A few years ago, I lost 70+ pounds and put on quite a bit of muscle, (I had knee surgery and now have bad arthritis in that knee) It was the only thing I could do to lessen pain.
I used a guys program builtwithscience.com I learned a lot and stuck with it and feel a ton better.
3 things helped me.
First, I changed my plates to smaller ones.
Then, I started walking to work (about 35 minutes, at a slow pace)
I started trying simple exercises (push-ups against the wall, leg raises, half-squats).
Another quick tip is that just cause it has the word SALAD in it doesn't mean its healthy. :LOL: Any type of activity will burn calories. Finding something active you enjoy makes it easier to stick with.
Maybe you two could join one of Slums workout sessions...
It works and very rewarding... :p

There's a ton of factors, insulin resistance, glandular stuff, genetics. Goals and Discipline helps lose weight, rather than motivation. Eat enough to be fed, but don't gorge yourself until completely stuffed. Some people eat Fast Food and it ends being the recommended daily caloric intake for that single meal, while they eat 3 meals typically.

I agree with what you say, but most people are too lazy to Count calories, carbs, and macros, et cetera. Best advice, drink more water, cut as many sugars as possible, avoid complex carbs. So, less breads, pasta, and starches.
Eat more leafy greens, see how much protein you need for your weight and body type, focus on Protein and Fibers over Carbs. Live a less sedentary life, so walk around a bit, be a little more active,, it helps circulation in limbs and the cardiovascular system. Have cheat days as a treat, but snacks like chips, cakes, sugary drinks, are a big downfall for people. Plus, once you wean yourself, and then start snacking again you end up over indulging, which is bad.

Tl;dr, drink less calories/sugar, see how many calories your body needs to maintain or loss weight. Take a walk, hell, drop down and do 5 push-ups and 15 jumping jacks, every hour over 6 hours. It may sound silly, but it works.
