You have any good advice? Everyone has their own little tricks to drop weight or to make it easier to keep the routine. Curious what may work for you.

3 things helped me.
First, I changed my plates to smaller ones.
Then, I started walking to work (about 35 minutes, at a slow pace)
I started trying simple exercises (push-ups against the wall, leg raises, half-squats).

I am so bummed! Just this morning I decided to stop hording my LC coin in the bank ( I love to see the 2% increases when u have over 100K) and finally buy P5.
And then what happens?? turns out I can't see anything cuz P5 is being transferred! UGG!

Milo is great but did you know they taste different depending on what country they come from.
Also not some Milo only guy I mix some different powered drink sometimes and even maybe add some coffee.
Have you tried Milo Champorado a rice porridge....then again most chocolate works on it anyway..

I seen some Online AI and the tweaking options is just incomprehensible for me. No idea which works and which wont.

If you want the full control and freedom, you need to instal AI locally. And if you have an AMD GPU, it's not that simple.

Thanks! Out of these, The Guardian is more grounded, and I think I would recommend starting with it in Blackheart universe. PA is waaaay more dark.
