In fiction, sure, great, it's just another body type.
The reality is very different. I've no interest in pitching cock to anyone who also has one, and I certainly don't want to be on the receiving end. Plus there's the fact that it takes a guy (trans woman, shemale, whatever you want to call a man who tries to resemble a woman) a huge amount of effort, money and time to forge a beauty that comes to most women naturally, and it's only ever skin-deep. His face is too angular, hands too large, hips too narrow, shoulders too wide, body too square, height too great, muscles too developed, a near-complete lack of curves, stapled-on tits that don't fit the natural contours of his form… the list goes ever on.
In fiction, shemales are physically just women with cocks, no matter the background. Their bodies are perfect, intended as such, and the mismatched genitalia sets them apart from the other women in their setting. In reality, it's grotesque and unsightly. Surgeries go too far, morphing and twisting faces and torsos into shapes they were never meant to adopt, that look completely unnatural on bodies unfit for them. A man tries to Frankenstein himself into a woman, and all he ends up resembling is neither what he was nor what he seeks to be.
I'd rather just stick with pussy, to be honest.
