I have a philosophical mind, nothing is off limits for me to think about in any sense of the word. But I guess for brevity sake, what I mean is like low effort posts and the random interjections that sometimes happen.
But are things truly random or do we just lack the information about it so we perceive it to be random?

Most stuff that happens are mundane this isn't some philosophical thread...
But it could be. :giggle:

In this thread, I think this sums that up nicely :ROFLMAO:

#1 I'm a fast reader! As long as it's something that I may find interesting (or just entertaining), I can do it in no time (but if it's something that I find boring, I may spend an hour reading the same line again and again without making any progress)

Pupper wants playtime = It's pupper playtime, and no one can say otherwise

#3 I don't remember (like, literally, I can't even remember what is it) but I know there's something; it's just that I always have a hard time remembering some things

It can be disorienting for sure, but it's much easier than it used to be. We don't have the words to justify how fast this thread used to move in the OG days lol Legit, you'd read a post and mid reply, every reply, hit a new page. Absolute chaos that we fully embraced. This thread has always been chaotic, but absolutely the most fun thread.
This is the ultimate in socializing. It's like Las vegas in America.

INCOMING!!!!!!!

What's your favorite smell? and what does it remind you of?

Unfortunately, due to a botched surgery I have almost no ability to taste or smell anymore. However, my two favorite smells are chocolate mint ice cream (yes, the smell is distinct from just chocolate or mint) and gasoline.

I'm sure there are at least a handful of people curious about the weird combo.

My love of mint chocolate ice cream, including the smell, is from one of the few positive memories of my grandmother before she was struck with dementia and became.. someone else entirely. She looked after me and my siblings fairly regularly and kept us close. One of our regular routines was being with her when she visited the local pharmacy, which had a storefront that included an in-house ice cream parlor. Whenever we would go, I'd order mint chocolate cream ice cream. It's a shared memory with my mother sharing a sip of a grasshopper (cocktail) with me beforehand. My mother letting me try a taste of her drink let me know I enjoyed the flavor, and the ritual with my grandmother cemented the love of it and the memory/memories.

My love of the smell of gasoline isn't tied to any particular memory, but my father was a mechanic and I've just always attributed that to the amazing man that made me who I am. Every time I pump gas, a little part of my brain travels back to those days spent with my old man in the garage.

Dude, are you the kind of guy who fills a plastic bag with glue and snorts it? Are you going to be homeless and sleeping on the streets soon? Are you going to be sober all the time? What kind of weirdo are you?
