Sure this has been said before, but this is the most social & open "antisocial" "hidden group" I've seen

We here at the anti-social & lurker hideout are keepers of the true definition of "Luker." You'd be surprised at just how many hold the wrong and hurtful view that we're not lurkers here. But we embrace our true lurker status with pride here nonetheless

Everyone is talking about something. But sometimes I get very disconnected and I find it very difficult to find the beginning of the topic.

It can be disorienting for sure, but it's much easier than it used to be. We don't have the words to justify how fast this thread used to move in the OG days lol Legit, you'd read a post and mid reply, every reply, hit a new page. Absolute chaos that we fully embraced. This thread has always been chaotic, but absolutely the most fun thread.

There once was a time, in the old world, in the old forsaken anti-social lurker lands.... dozens of people would read through thousands of posts... back reading...

What's your favorite smell? and what does it remind you of?

#1. Two screens helps. One screen has live thread update, the other backreading. It makes it easier to actually stay up to date with the live thread while reading. Skipping what seems mundane, trivial, or low effort, scanning for names you know or see often etc. There's also a lot of tips in the backreaders thread I just happened to link above your post lol
#2. I can see how that would be a fun endevour while having your hands tied lol

#3. Kitty Answer of the Day: Favorite smell? Hmm. That probably depends, if I'm honest. Smells change so often, and we end up nose blind to those scents that we smell often. So depending on place, what I'm doing, how I feel it my "favorite" would change, as I like a lot of scents. I love the smell of food, for instance. But if as an example, say, because of where we are. I was mid sex act, foods going to be the last smell I'm going to notice, and maybe TMI but in that situation, my partners specific scent would be my "favorite" at that time. Maybe I over thought it, but you get the idea

Hmmm don't think I've ever thought about that.
There's this parfume my grandma used to use, when I get a whiff, it takes me back to my childhood.
Else, food cooking, is definitely up here.

I have a philosophical mind, nothing is off limits for me to think about in any sense of the word. But I guess for brevity sake, what I mean is like low effort posts and the random interjections that sometimes happen.
