If you want to build a powerful PC, please use threadripper

To be fair, you don't have to use Threadripper to get a good system. Threadripper is basically only necessary if you're a prosumer. For most people, Ryzen 7000 or 9000 series should be enough. Try your best at getting 7800X3D, or wait until this winter for 9800X3D to drop and get that instead.

Any advice on building a PC ?

Use a site to see if the parts you want to use are compatible with each other, don't buy a cheap power supply unless you're not planning on using a GPU or doing anything too intense with your computer and do not fuck up your cpu by caking it in thermal paste.

Also make sure the case you buy can not only fit everything comfortably, but that it also has good airflow. Gl.
