Double post is at a basic level where you post twice and nobody says anything in between.
1) If you're replying, put all replies you can into a single post.
2) If you're going to add to something you just posted, edit that post instead of creating a new one.
3) If you are going to post on a new subject, are you a squirrel in the road? Let the previous post get some replies before starting a new topic.
