As long as it's not a shitty loop and you can tinker with the volume then yeah, games should have a soundtrack. Feel the same about voices. Do you enjoy games that have/require a walkthrough?
Absolutely. It usually means that the game has a good amount of content or branching paths, though if the WT is some crazy, downright unreadable mess that has a bunch of switches to trigger different branches (that end up being almost identical to each other) I'll skedaddle out of there.- OkLok

What ruins a game?
Graphic violence/Guro unless it's set in a fantasy setting, and even then I'd rather not have that anywhere near the sex scenes. Also tend to avoid the more cruel type games, doesn't get me going.- OkLok
