I knew a guy that played with his feet and still beat a lot of people on Tekken.
But without moving any limbs... Isn't there any technology for it, even if on simpler games? I could imagine a primitive controler using the tongue, like those old joysticks with a single button, or a game specifically designed for controling with the eyesight, but I never searched for it too se if there are anything focused on that.

Now that you mention it I do remember there use to be a guy that destroyed everyone in street fighter 4 with his tung and teeth LITERALLY with Chun-li.
