So I'm still playing Fallout London and what can I say...but Bethesda take lessons please.

It's amazing that a bunch of amateur modders can make a better Fallout game.

Though it has to said there are bugs, and a few other errors while you play,

My favorite is quests not triggering properly and being stuck indoors with no exits.

So, basically just like a newly released bethesda game?

so I was reading the rewards/perks given at each stage of VIP. Someone back several pages said I may want to purchase VIP1 before starting my ascent to VIP4 because it removes or reduces cool down timers or something? But I'm not seeing anything referring to that. All I see are things referring to profile bling.

Here's the thing. I'm going to do a parallel with Coffee, TV, and this site(!). This is in general, not in response to Gazz in specific:

If all you care about is having some coffee... any will do...
...you watch whatever's on TV...
...and you don't give a fuck what kind of porn you watch...
... then you're golden.

But if you only like THIS kind of coffee, THAT kind of TV, THE OTHER kind porn... you're kind of fucked.
You can't just get any kind of product... only this will do... making it rare... and making any threat to suppliers of that rare product... a much bigger deal.
Because (like this site) you can't get it just about anywhere.

BONUS POINTS
And, people like me get REAL uptight about it because...
...we can't do anything about political thing A...
...we can't do anything about social thing B...
...we can't do anything about personal thing C...

...but that cup of coffee man... that TV show... that porn... THAT is what keeps us going and saying "I got this treat at the end of the day / week / month."

Start from the beginning or just somewhere in the middle.
Quote/reply to comments with something witty and/or thoughtful- add a gif for flavour. You should be there in no time.
IF you put in the effort and time- these folks will take care of you.

Amateur quest mods are always buggy as hell. Some are good enough to endure it, others are trash. Thankfully I've become very proficient in workarounds.

Yeah, I know. I was just fucking about. I have the LC to buy prestige 1, trouble is I'm very close to prestige two. I'm playing a dangerous game with the sale..i should just purchase it I suppose given the cool down thing, that alone is probably worth losing most of the saving account over
