I think that in fiction and fantasy many things are possible, but in reality it is not the same and I do not see certain things as viable for many reasons. I am in favor of netorare and all its subgenres in fiction but I am against it in reality.

I don't really like netorare, but it's ok when its maybe part of an prologue to a story or something. Also if it depends on the choices you make in the game it's ok for me, so you still have the choice if you want it or not. But I like netori on the other hand. But of course its probably more complicated for the developers if they have to make games with multiple choices and therefore maybe different storylines and so on.

I think the reason it's such a debated topic is that you have to be able to relate to the character you are playing. The decisions you are making have to make sense to you. They have to be decisions you would make or it feels wrong.

As long as netorare is avoidable it's generally ok for me, as long as it's clear that if you don't chose to see it then it isn't actually happening. The only exception to this is if it is a bad end or the game allows me to then break up with the LI and make it painfull for her, as this is the relatable reaction for me.

Netori is generaly ok as long as I am given a reason to dislike their other partner and they are then cut off completly, or they are ok with it and it is netorase from their POV, or the MC is supposed to be a douchebag/asshole.

Netorase is only acceptable if it is mutual, they are with others and so am I, however I am going to like the LI's that are exclusive better.

Personally I don't have a problem with lesbian content. Unless it's a bi girl from the haram with a lesbian or bi girl who has no intention of joining the harem, while there are other bi girls already in the harem she could be with instead, but im not going to hate her like I would if she was with another guy.

People need to learn to disassociate with a fictional character and play the games , if you learn to separate your own feelings and concentrate on getting satisfaction from the situation NTR can be a really good addition to a game and also why it's so popular. but I understand why people have issues with it.

If the girls in your game have problems sharing the protagonist its their problem, noone forces them (i think, dont now that game) to go after the protagonist.
