Newman & Akanoes. People thought their game was abandoned all the way back in 2017, but I think they've released like 1 or 2 updates since then.
Better yet, they still have their Patreon regularly updated promising a new update is coming soon.

Dr. Bones. Milker and scammer of all times who always have million excuses why he doesn't working on game. BTTM is one of my favourite 2D games and this is a tragedy its never get finished.
