    Dr. Bones. Milker and scammer of all times who always have million excuses why he doesn't working on game. BTTM is one of my favourite 2D games and this is a tragedy its never get finished.

    It depends on the game and the amount of new content in each update. But sometimes game is so awesome you check each update.

    For a quality game but done by hobbyist - 2 updates per year is tolerable.
