No, play one at a time to you get to a good scene,then the next and the next. You have the other games on pause in the task bar. So you can play several scenes one by one when you are ready.

I play one game at a time when I feel like it and then close out for most of the day. On average I would guess I have 0.1 games open on average throughout the day.

At this point in my life i just play AVNs for the story (if they have good writing) if i want to fap id just watch porn than sit through vlicking dialogues away.

I've never even thought about having multiple porn games open, save for like the browser text based ones. What reason do you have to just keep them open all the time? Like, I guess if you are looking for a specific scene to jerk it to you could open up games until you find it but that seems like a lot of work.
