I mean, no they are quite clearly different things by definition. Sharing assumes both partners are comfortable and consenting to having sex with someone else while NTR is purely about one partner cheating with someone else with the intent of harming their partner.

well my opinion is ntr is a strange brew, it predicates itself on your partner doing something that gives you anxiety by excluding you from the act. where as sharing is inclusive everybody gets something and there are no hard feelings and no emasculation issues.
